General information only

All content on LoanClarify, including calculator results, educational articles, and guides, is general information only. It does not constitute financial advice, credit advice, or a recommendation to apply for any specific financial product.

Results are indicative and may vary significantly by lender. LoanClarify does not hold an Australian Credit Licence (ACL) and does not provide credit assistance as defined under the National Consumer Credit Protection Act 2009.

No guarantee of approval

A "Strong likelihood" result does not guarantee loan approval. Lender decisions are made independently by each lender based on their own criteria, which may differ from the logic used in our tools.

Accuracy of results

Our tools use general serviceability formulas based on common industry practice. Results depend entirely on the accuracy of information you enter. We are not responsible for results based on inaccurate inputs.

Third-party specialists

If you choose to speak to a specialist through our platform, that specialist is an independent third party. LoanClarify does not control their advice, services, or fees. You should verify their credentials before proceeding.

No warranty and site availability

This site and its tools are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we take care to keep the information accurate and current, we make no warranty that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that calculator results, rates, or educational content are complete or up to date.

Lender criteria, interest rates, and lending policy change frequently and without notice. We may change, suspend, or withdraw any part of the site at any time without notice.

Limitation of liability

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Subject to that, to the maximum extent permitted by law LoanClarify is not liable for any loss or damage — including indirect, special, or consequential loss, loss of profits, loss of opportunity, or costs incurred in applying for credit — arising from your use of this site, reliance on any result or content, or any dealings with a third-party specialist.

Where our liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to resupplying the relevant service or paying the cost of having it resupplied.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. You and LoanClarify submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales and the courts competent to hear appeals from them.

Intellectual property

All content, tools, and designs on this site are owned by LoanClarify. You may not reproduce, distribute, or repurpose any content without written permission.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after any change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
