Year-to-Date Income Calculator
Part-way through the financial year, the year-to-date figure on your payslip is the most reliable number you have. This turns it into a yearly income — which is what a lender assesses, and what the other calculators here ask for.

This is general information only and not financial or tax advice. Annualising a year-to-date figure assumes the rest of the year looks like the part already worked — a bonus, back pay or a leave payout will push the estimate high, and unpaid leave will push it low. Tax is estimated using published ATO rates for the financial year the pay date falls in, and covers income tax and the Medicare levy only. Lenders apply their own rules to year-to-date income and may reach a different figure.
